Scope of Work - Full Roof: Job: Tear-off and replacement, 3,418 sq ft, entire home Details: Remove existing comp shingles + underlayment; install new underlayment + new comp shingles Roof planes: 14 total (R1–R14) Layers: 1 Pitch: 35 degrees Decking replacement needed: No Tear-off: Remove existing roofing to decking; inspect/replace decking per local code Weatherproofing: Ice & water shield at eaves/gables where needed Materials: 30-year synthetic underlayment; replace vents, flashings, pipe boots as needed; manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty Installation: Architectural shingles (GAF, Owens Corning, IKO, Malarkey, CertainTeed) Finishing: Seal and paint flashings/boot flashings Adders: Additional labor/materials for 8:12 pitch and 2-story house
